Oil for frying:
Sunflower oil has been found to be one of the best for taste and health. At "The Samosa Factory" we perfectly understand the risks of reused or second quality oil and use only fresh double refined sunflower oil.

Hygiene:
The most important thing about making Samosas is the cleanliness factor. Most people don't know where they get their samosas from, or how hygienic they are...But we make this our first priority & ensure you get the best. We use machines to knead the dough and cut vegetables, thus minimising the use of hands. When rolling the dough into pattis and filling the fresh masalas, our staff clean their hands with a liquid wash before every process. We ensure their hands are always manicured & heads covered with hairnets while at work.
